      We have an amazing group of coworkers who all come together and work extremely hard in providing exceptional customer service.

      Cons

      Employees are not rewarded for the exceptional work that they do. When you constantly receive good reviews a 2% pay increase is a slap in the face. How is someone who is a strong performer only worth 2%? That isn't even considered a cost of living raise. Give back to your employees Sarah. Longevity should mean something. Start up the longevity bonus program again.

      We work as a team. Excellent management team. Good educational opportubities. Interesting patient population that keeps your skills sharp. Good resources.

      Cons

      Heavy workload. Often understaffed. You won't get all your breaks.
