Pros

You can advance your career and learn many skills.

Cons

It is not what you know educationally. It is more about who you know. Too many politics going on and wasting money. They pay contractors to do the same thing an actual employee does, yet pays them more. Room, board, flights home, meals and rental cars. They over pay upper management that does not work and are just in 20 plus meetings a week. When do they have time to manage and work? Also, there is a serious abuse of working from home.

Pros

Strong culture that is continuously nurtured and developed. Decisions are made collaboratively and, with the employees at heart. People here truly care and have passion for the work and passion for purpose. Leaders are dedicated to supporting business objectives and goals - all with the client and patient at heart. My boss listens to me and truly cares about my well being.

Cons

Work-life-balance. Deadlines are sometimes unreasonable - but resources are available, if you know how to ask for them.

As we continue with our rapid growth of our Patient Service Center in West Valley, your feedback is extremely valuable. We are in the process of designing more flexible training classes and schedules to accommodate future hires. In addition, we'll be focusing on leadership development training, as well as implementation of creative solutions to better retain and reward our awesome employees. We hope to see these new programs and changes take effect some time in 2015.
