      Decent Health insurance for employee and family. Decent pay,

      communication and transparency issues. Poor training and introduction for new employees. Burn outs. Constant change in leadership. outsourced out of state positions. Nepotism. no growth opportunity for clerical or remote workers unless you're a clinician. Pay increase based on company metrics not work performance.
