      Work from home Base pay good Benefits ok for those who work out of state Work easy and manageable once you have learned your role

      Cons

      Self-taught Could be stressful Lots of research PTO, Sick, and Holiday Combined Favoritism No bonuses for hard workers There is little to no room to grow (managers can block you moving if they need you) Could be a hostile work environment if you feed into it (you must do your work and only communicate when it's regarding work. Sutter is like Gossip City and no one likes to see someone doing better than them)

      Competitive pay, the environment depended on upper management, some were good and fought for our place at the table.

      There was lots of management turnover.
