Little to no room for advancement, definitely need more staffing. No lift team to assist with lifting patients however there are devices and overhead lifts to help. As an ICU nurse i have to wrangle up one to two other people to help me change, clean and reposition a patient and finding the extra help on a constantly understaffed unit is very difficult. Lack of PPE was a HUGE issue when CoVid hit us. Basically if anything happens to you on the job expect to be questions what you did, why you did it and what you could have done. Sutter won't take fault for anything.
