      Leads are so dumb, don't know their job. They don't promote at all. People are either bff's or related, whole company is a joke.

      Terrible Work Environment for Administrative Employees

      Terrible Management! Extremely high turnover No Leadership accountability/ HR ineffective Tolerate managers who harass and intimidate employees and break HR protocol. It's a leadership buddy system - they're all protected. My manager made us work over Christmas break and only allowed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day off - even when the rest of the offices are closed for a week. Never allowed to work from home. No marketing to Bay Area customers and competitive hospitals are taking away more and more patients each year causing losses for many Sutter Health hospitals. No company spirit, managers have no interest in supporting or helping their employees grow professionally. Cut administrative staff training, conferences, classes etc. Terrible and depressing work environment, choose any hospital system but Sutter Health to work for.
