      Pros

      Seems like new CEO is ready to grow services, so that should lead to opportunities for employees. Compared to other companies, employee benefits are fairly cheap.

      Cons

      Constant changes. Employer-match stinks. Merit review changed, so it's harder to get decent raises. Really hate 3% inflation, which hasn't kept up with the actual cost of living. But leadership seems to make tons. Still very siloed work groups. I have no idea who to go to for what. Hard to grow professionally you work from home, but that may be due to my specific manager. I'm bitter about things getting taken away throughout the years. Wish they had an ERP that would allow easier breakdown of Financials by service line or department.
