      One concern I have is that advancement opportunities do not appear to be applied consistently across all employees. it often seems that individuals who have pre-existing personal relationships with management are given more opportunities for promotion and career growth, This creates a perception of favoritism and can make the promotion process feel subjective rather than based on performance, qualifications, and merit.

      Management, leadership, scheduling, and pay are all handled very well, creating a reliable and organized work environment. Leadership is supportive, approachable, and genuinely cares about employees. Scheduling is a strong benefit, that help maintain a healthy work–life balance. The atmosphere is very positive and friendly, making it a great place to work.

      Not many drawbacks overall. Due to the organization’s size, some processes can move more slowly.
