      Strong communication between disciplines, sometimes nice to be part of the bigger network of Sutter, great health insurance for you and your family!

      Cons

      Very corporate, the staff seems to all be pretty burnt out. I have been treated much better at other agencies, lots of gossip and nepotism between employees, I've heard they are trying to unionize which speaks to how the relationship is between the employees and employer, I would definitely never want to work here again-my happiness is up 300% after switching to a different agency
