Pros

Sutter has great benefits and decent pay. There really is no reason it can't be a great system. But it would need regular communication and more staff involvement. Shared Governnace and actual input. Overall more accountability and stronger management.

Cons

Lack of true management means little direction and unreliable results.

Pros

Great benefits and pay. Facility is very clean and safe. Staff is friendly.

Cons

Operating room does not accommodate school schedule to excel in the workplace. Operating room management does not intervene or mediate between staff when there are issues. They do not debrief over any traumas that may affect staff and refer them to seek outside counseling. Management allows physicians to contaminate areas that are sterile in sub stations. Management does show favoritism when dealing in displinary actions with staff.
