Pay is not sufficient for the work. No support from upper management. Inefficient set up. The type of cases you are looking at all day can be depressing if you aren't used to it.

Operating room does not accommodate school schedule to excel in the workplace. Operating room management does not intervene or mediate between staff when there are issues. They do not debrief over any traumas that may affect staff and refer them to seek outside counseling. Management allows physicians to contaminate areas that are sterile in sub stations. Management does show favoritism when dealing in displinary actions with staff.
