      this was a great place to work with great pay. i learned a lot during my time here and highly recommend

      Cons

      very hard to get hired on permanently especially during covid lockdown, there was a hiring freeze and lots of lay offs.

      The company offers great benefits, gives back to the communities it serves and actually supports (through action) diversity and inclusion

      Cons

      Very disorganized company. Employees are encouraged to speak up when they see something wrong or a way to improve something but management doesn't follow through. Employee talent highly under utilized
