      Friendly staff, knowledgeable staff. Early access to IT, ancillary staff, Exceptional care. Good teaching. Employee recognition from time to time

      Cons

      Wages, pension is low compared to Kaiser. Need more opportunities for cross training. Hard to find a primary doc as they get fill up fast. Need more new grad opportunities. Need more per diem staff. Preferential treatment from management.
