Stay away from any open jobs under Sutter Medical Foundation Business Intelligence, Decision Support, and Physician Business Services. There is constant turnover in this group due to the managment style in this organization. It is a toxic work environment in which over half of the staff have resigned over the past year and numerous employees have complained to leadership, HR, and Compliance and nothing has been done to fix the situation. It is well known throughout the organization that the management in this group is completely dysfunctional. Employees are micro managed, publicly humiliated in front of their peers, spoken down to, and are in constant fear of being retaliated against if their opinion differs from manangement. There is a high level of favortism towards select individuals and an unbelievable amount of office politics. Your work will not be appreciated and valued on this team. There is no open door policy and a lack of transparancy and ethical behavior. Unfortunately, the management in this group is not a reflection of the overall great company culture of Sutter Medical Foundation.

Management is more concern of productivity that employee morale. Management/leadership need to have some training in managing and communicating with their clinicians.
