      Great vision for the future Passionate people Strong patient focus

      Cons

      Salary ranges very uneven. New employees with less experience paid more than high performing staff with 15+ years of experience due to stagnant increases over the last few years for internals. You would be better off quitting for a few months and getting rehired at your true value.

      Pros

      They provide a structured training process, reasonable pay, and benefits.

      Cons

      It's hard to network within the company to obtain cross training and building multiple skills. Managers seem to have a lot of social politics that interfere with the employees advancement opportunities.

      Great Pay, Great Health Care Benefits, Great People, United mission centered around patient care in my community.

      Cons

      Long bureaucratic process delay good strong performers from working well. As with some other jobs who you know really makes a big difference. Difficult to advance internally
