      - Great benefits: Education stipend to cover board certifications / CEUs, good health insurance / dental insurance. - Good pay for RD's (in the top 5-10% for Dietitians overall) - Ability to work from home

      Cons

      - Policies forcing RDs to use their own PTO to fill unfilled patient slots and/or cancellations. - Although pay is good, it is still a low wage for this part of California. Kaiser will pay slightly higher.
