Pros

Great training and clinical competencies. CMAs are held accountable and responsible of their work and performance. It is easy to move around to other departments for further opportunities to gain more knowledge and experience. Building is beautiful and zen with state of the art equipment.

Cons

Clinics are very busy. MD’s workload can be demanding.

Clicks at work, lazy co-workers, HORRIBLE communication, short staffed, unorganized, disrespectful/unappreciative providers, benefits are not worth it they don't give you what they promise.
