Pros

Some of the best benefits around before I left, health plan was pretty much free for individuals, co-pays relatively low however I have heard medications had increased. PTO - Again when I was there started at 8 hours per pay period every 2 weeks to start and then up to a little over 11 hours per pay period accrual. You could accrue an unlimited amount but they would pay you for any hours over 328 around the end of the year. PTO could be easily scheduled as long as you let your supervisor know ahead of time.

Cons

Communication to staff from senior management could be more clear when questions are asked. Tough to get sponsorship to get Epic certification for future roles and move up the career ladder. Pay is lower than competitors
