      Pros

      Sutter is a great hospital with a good work environment. It seems like they really try to be on top of things and provide a lot of training which is necessary. I always feel that the patients are in good hands with a well rounded staff.

      Cons

      The pay is pretty good, but other hospitals such as kaiser do pay a little better.
