      Pros

      Fair and consistent people management. Excellent health benefits. Interesting work at the forefront of Healthcare Reform.

      Cons

      Hierarchical structure makes it difficult to initiate new ideas. Very outdated with internal infrastructure technology.

      Great bunch of pediatricians but overworked.

      Cons

      Every year complained about work ethics of the person I worked with but was never addressed. This is not the tight knit organization it claims to be . Money and profitability over run values, ethics and honesty.

      High-quality people at non-management levels; personable/compassionate management team; great tools, excellent project/process methodology

      Cons

      Muddled leadership messages; questionable prioritization, lack of awareness of conflicting strategies for individual projects, Minimum 25% daily administrative overhead for virtually all levels of employees. Non-exempts handcuffed to web-based "Kronos" timeclock system, with penalties for excessive corrections (called "exceptions") when late or missing clock-in/out. Ridiculous restrictions for company-issued cellular devices, preventing real-time support to customers and projects.
