Pros

The Pay & Benefits were top tier for a remote position. For the most part, there was transparency with each change.

Cons

There was some autonomy at first, that turned to micromanagement once Revenue Cycle took over dept. It was all about quantity & no recognition for quality. There was absolutely no work-life balance. You were basically on the assembly line & if you fell short, you got a finger cut off until you had no hand left ( at least that is what it felt like).
