Cons
Upper Management urges unemployment. Unjust treatment for at home workers who have kids. When pregnant women are working they treat them as if they are nothing stating accommodation only which is a long and daunting process.Negative culture for African Americans. Always firing people of color and other minorities. Job is very quick to hire and quick to fire others. This job is not family friendly or minority friendly.
