Pros

Good patient care, decent hours

Cons

Benefits have steadily gotten worse over the years, management only cares about numbers, was told by upper management we were all replaceable. No room for advancement for MA.

Pros

Work from home, but not flexible enough.

Cons

Micromanagement is a problem. Your calls are timed making you feel like you can't help the patients properly.

Pros

In the technology area, Sutter provides a wide range of solutions and you are able to gain experience in many areas.

Cons

Employees and patients have become numbers rather than an assets. This changed significantly in the last 5 years, from being people and patient focused to a purely numbers game. It is not uncommon for staff to be required to work unreasonable over time to meet deadlines with out regard to health or safety.
