      Not bad... poor work-life balance

      Pros

      Great co-workers, real passion for the positions they held. Facilities were very nice, and offices always had a great, friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      Horrible leadership and work-life balance was always out of wack. The best employees were overworked, while those who shmoozed or had friendly relationships with leadership were coddled and given days off. Lower-ranking employees were constantly denied PTO requests.

      Pros

      Working in one of their small hospital in central valley, good hospital, not so many cases, only hospital in the community. Good staff working with you. Everyone works together.

      Cons

      So much drama since it is a small hospital, some has a lot of ego. Not much support from higher up. Salary not comparable in some hospitals

      Pros

      The hospitals are always expanding and updated with the newest technology. The facilities are beautiful. They are located in wonderful areas, close to nice restaurants and parks. The staff are happy and co-hesive. There are some good benefits and discounts available to the employes at local companies such as Calfit and AT&T.

      Cons

      Sutter Sacramento is non-union, so employees work long, strenuous shifts often with minimal breaks. They treat a large percentage of homeless, mental health, and patients on drugs which makes for a violent working condition. Many staff members have been and continue to get assaulted on a daily basis despite added security.
