Allows patients to disrespect the reps, Doctors, and other staff can be rude to you but you can't stand up for yourself. Some supervisors are bad and are very micromanage, Raises are hard to get, no performance bonuses but they want you to always be on top of the charts, Surveys are heavily reviewed, and even if you got a good score if there was 1 thing you didn't do your manager or lead will email you to discredit the service you provided.

Leadership does not live the values. If you speak up and call the compliance line they sweep it under the rug. If you speak up and use your name expect to get “blackballed” from transferring or returning to sutter after leaving a toxic position. They will also hire or not hire staff without following policy. I have watched staff not be able to grow and promote because of leaderships personal motives. They have so many executive and administrative leaders that have risen to thier level of incompetency and somehow continue to tread water at that level.
