CEO at Mills-Peninsula was horrible -- punitive, condescending, publicly degraded managers, talked about other leaders behind their backs. No culture of safety for fear of retaliation. They dump more work on you, give you more departments, combine your role with another, NONE of which you have a say in, and without a proper promotion or increase in pay. Also no formal training and they do not support professional growth if they have to pay for it (e.g.. conferences, classes, certifications). If any of my friends asked if they should work there, I would tell them "NO!"
