      Pros

      Sutter Health is growing and expanding services on the Peninsula and in the East Bay.

      Cons

      Some employees are still feeling burnout as we are continually pushing to do more and be better. Appreciate the mission and vision, but prioritzation would be could so it doesn't feel like we are trying to do everything at once.
