They offer Competitive Pay and good benefits.

Cons

Management does not care about the employees. They seek to milk everything out of talent before casting them aside for the next new hire. Their training is seriously lacking, but the expect you to know everything. You have to learn more to advance, but they offer no training besides shadowing other agents.
