Pros

Meet a lot of people, great work environment. Staff is great

Cons

Sometime had to work 12 hr shifts, had to "float" to other areas of the hospital when there were people that call out.

Pros

We have an amazing group of coworkers who all come together and work extremely hard in providing exceptional customer service.

Cons

Employees are not rewarded for the exceptional work that they do. When you constantly receive good reviews a 2% pay increase is a slap in the face. How is someone who is a strong performer only worth 2%? That isn't even considered a cost of living raise. Give back to your employees Sarah. Longevity should mean something. Start up the longevity bonus program again.

Pros

None absolutely none none. Well I guess current nurses are able to steal money doing nothing in OT. You can sit around and do job only if you're in the in crowd.

Cons

Beware of the certain "mafia" in nursing. Watch your back as it is a backstabbing environment that encourages bullying and a blind eye by management
