      Excessive "reviews" that do not help in the training process. Extremely negative work environment. "Gossipy" staff. Overworked & unappreciated. Unrealistic patient transfer ratio to staff expected. One persons work is like the job of 3 people. No team work, everyone points fingers. Staff burnt out. Management pretends to listen, but they don't - all their concern is about the department scores, not the staff.
