Thank you for your review! Working together as a team is vital to our success and our ability to perform at a high level for the benefit of our patients. Team work takes work and mindfulness...all the time. We just have to remember to be kind to ourselves and each other and remember that we're all here for a purpose greater than ourselves. Your comment about having the hard conversations more timely is sound. We as leaders have to push our fear aside and put our hearts into our actions to serve the people on our team.
