      I’ve worked with hundreds of managers across the entire system including clinical and administrative functions. Everyone works hard, but if you need help there is always a teammate, manager, or supporting department to solve a patient or process issue. Quality patient care and safety are common goals across the entire organization. Stability and professionalism, with peers and management, makes Sutter Health a great place to work!
