Pros
could accommodate your life schedule and work around your needs. Tried to make sure that all employee needs were met. My supervisor was great at taking care of our team.
Cons
when I was with one division having the quality scores and reviews were nerve wracking. getting that email with your score almost caused a heart attack. Made you feel less of a person when you didn't get 100%. Also attendance wasn't the same for those that never missed a day. Company only focused on the ones that were late and missed, and really did nothing for those that never missed a day of scheduled work, and even coming in extra to help other teams. Benefits cost way too much, almost one paycheck out of the month. need to work on getting the cost down.
