      Pros

      Sutter offers great hours, excellent colleagues, job satisfaction, great pay, great commute, and an excellent package. The job does not have much room for growth, but the company does offer a lot of room to jump to different areas of expertise.

      Cons

      There really isn't much downside to Sutter. The only grievance I have is the 24 hour operation of the company. This requires strict scheduling and a close monitoring of your PTO. Scheduling wise, flexibility isn't its greatest strength.

      no significant pros. it was an ok job. I wish I had more training to take full advantage of the job

      Long commute. Low wages. High cost of living near the job. Worried about viability of healthcare.
