      Pros

      Small hospital - upside and downside. Great patient care in-pt care. Radiology exams turnaround time excellent mostly. Procedures sometimes delay care because only 1 CT Scanner. 2nd scanner coming in early 2017. Also planned hospital expansion starting in 2017 but won't be completed for ~3+ years.

      Cons

      ER staff always stressed/stretched beyond capacity. Long ER wait times. Hospital full most every day. Need to improve ER turn around times.

      Pros

      Great Team work environment, not a difficult job. It's pretty simple. Kind of a waste of money. They should just make the PC's all PM's.

      Cons

      Policies need to change. Also, upward mobility needs to be better. They have no "Future" plans for people, just a number on a piece of paper.
