      Great people that are willing to help you do well at your job. Leadership is approachable and willing to listen your ideas and feedback. Leadership does pitch in when needed to help get the job done.

      Cons

      It can be stressful and difficult to earn bonuses based on performance. Training could be improved to help new hires succeed. new processes are put in place without talking to the people they affect.
