      Decent pay, good support staff most of the times

      Cons

      Depending on management, budget cut can mean under staffing and unreasonable use of nurses. For example, working on one floor for 4 hours and going to another floor for another 4 hours may happen often. They are also decreasing benefits especially retirement significantly due to budget issue.
