      It's not great, but it's not awful.

      Pros

      Easy work, good pay if you have prior call center or medical experience.

      Cons

      Everything is very scripted and it is watched like a hawk to make sure you say every line. You can't really help most people who call in you have to send a message to the care facility and hope they call the patient back.

      Low pay with no raise after a year and half. Management does not work together and everone wants to micro manage
