      AMAZING pay and benefits. When I started working there the staff morale was great and it was a really nice place to work. Long hours but the work was interesting and their was a real team feeling in the office. My boss was amazing and mentored us all.

      Cons

      After the consolidation of back office functions to Roseville, Sutter was a revolving door of consultants, process changes, and new rules that seemed to change daily. It felt cold and senior management (SR VP's and above) seemed completely disconnected from the staff below them.
