      Pro's and con's of working at sutter

      uses epic. finally starting to match 403B by 10%. Good knowledgable employees.

      Cons

      They are lacking in a structured break system for RN's. There isn't enough break nurses to cover breaks officially. A break nurse will assume care for multiple Rn's in essence assuming care for up to 8-12 patients at a time as lunches over lap each other due to lack of a break nurse. A break nurse will be responsible for procedure transports/misc duties while expected to cover everyones lunch break (this is not even including 15 min breaks which aren't really even covered at all officially. Also Lacking axillary staff for weekends.
