Pros

Salary, career ladder, senior leaders, excellent peers, locations for employees all over the map, excellent atmosphere and room to grow. Lean is awesome!

Cons

Affiliates are not connected to each other, hard to network, each area has their own set of rules, lean not coached properly at every level.

Pros

Smart colleagues, innovative projects, decent pay, good benefits. On boarding process was thorough and training was good. Lots of effort to take care of people via wellness programs, rewards for dedication.

Cons

Inefficient systems, slow or nonexistent progress at times, lack of cohesion within organization. The company is traditional and not moving in a progressive direction in terms of work life balance/flextime/part time options for people seeking to balance family life with career.

Pros

Great positive and creative culture. Leadership constantly supports you and are always willing to work with you to accomplish your goals. It is also a company that is growing rapidly, advancement opportunities are always available if you work hard.

Cons

The level entry employees are very unprofessional and people complain often.

Thank you so much for your feedback. As leaders, one of key accountabilities is to develop and engage our teams in a manner that is aligned with our company values and mission to improve the patient experience. Development of staff cannot be done alone - it takes a village...a collaborative effort from all of us. Continue to drive our positive culture by role modeling and mentoring staff at all levels, and together, we can continue to make a positive difference. #DoWorkThatMatters Sincerely, Carla Alegado
