      Sr. Leadership tries to put forth a positive and energetic workplace. Sutter Health does great work for the people and communities we serve. Excellent people to work with, mostly.

      Cons

      Internal politics re: middle managers/low level leads. Too many wannabe chiefs padding their resumes while trying to "look good" at the expense of educated, qualified staff.
