      This was a great company to work for. Lots of room to grow. A lot of training to ensure that we knew our jobs. Good people to work for.

      High stress level. Sutter Shared Services was a new entity at Sutter. This location is the head quarters for all the Sutter Hospitals, Medical Groups and all other locations in the Northern, Southern, Western and Eastern Regions

Sutter also lives its mission and it translates into every department and how work is performed. The work environment is challenging, encourages innovation, is diverse in its engagement of others for decisions or work process innovation.
