I have been with Sutter Health now for nearly 5 years. This organization has a very strong, positive culture. Recently, some new leadership has come into various affiliates and there is a strong initiative to continue to improve, foster and develop this strong company culture. Leadership has proven they are listening to employee's and listening to understand, not listening to reply. Several new positive changes for employee's have been approved and implemented. SH President & CEO is very trustworthy and is not only a huge advocate for our patients and employees, but very transparent.

Very large organization, many affiliates throughout No. CA - we have made great strides in standardizing processes. Excited about the continuation of aligning best practices which will positively impact our patients and organization system wide.
