      Close-knit group to work well as a team, organized, evidence based practice, management encourages career advancement, supportive of time off, pays well, management is approachable, patients are easy to work with, doctors are intelligent and also approachable

      Too focused on customer service over true nursing practice, not enough overtime availability, recently--lots of staff turnover to the city and to Kaiser
