      Pros

      I work with some fantastic people. My manager tries to work with our scheduling needs for weekends off, etc. There are a lot of hard working dedicated employees who work here.

      Cons

      They use lots of travelers here. I think its because they are having a difficult time recruiting experienced nurses. Benefits have been significantly cut over the years. Pay raises have been 0 or 2% for many years until recently, but we are way behind in pay compared to other hospitals still. There is just a feeling among longer term employees that management does not care much about the nursing staff here and its all about efficiency, process, and numbers.
