      Pros

      Rn's, MD's, techs and service staff are motivated, competent, and create a fun work environment... Even on hard days. The medicine is strong at CPMC.

      Cons

      Sutter continues to reduce staff, wearing us all down. Our voices are never heard by upper management. The techs are severely understaffed (and we're cheap labor compared to RN's and MD's.
