Pros

The Nursing team is great. The Therapists (PT AND OT) and Social Workers all work well together. The benefits are great. The patients are kind and appreciate our help. Working with the community is really fulfilling. Do not come to Home Health thinking it's easy. You will either love Home Health or not. There is more flexibility than a hospital job.

Cons

Point system for visits needs more flexibility to allow drive time to outer areas and for patients with higher acuity.

Cons

poor resource management, poor planning for impacted ER, expects in-pt care by ER nurses trying to take care of emergency room patients and in-patients, morale-squashing.
