      Pros

      Good nurse to work with. Always busy so the 12 hour shift goes by fast. The patients are great for the most part. It can be very exciting and intense. Very good benefits and 401b.

      Cons

      It's a business and they are mostly concerned with their bottom line. Thank god the old manager has moved on. Her motto was you don't have to work here if you don't like it. That makes ana employee all warm and fuzzy.

      Pros

      The employees are great to work with and always willing to help out one another when needed. The benefits are very good. There are often fun events held such as Chili cook-offs, Christmas talent shows, luncheons and other celebrations.

      Cons

      Telecommuting seems to vary depending on the manager and not the work. It would be nice if there was consistency.
