      Evidence-based practice,Supportive management and staff.The nurse educators are out to make sure that the nurse understands the process and rational for their practice

      Cons

      Nothing so far ,I really have seen nothing wrong with this place.Some units are cliques,but that’s always expected .Some nurses are helpful,some are not.You will see this everywhere you go.
