      Pros

      Great health benefits, friendly atmosphere with peers.

      Cons

      Needs more work and life balance. They should have more 32 hours per week job positions. Believe me if workers are happier they give you more productivity. Money is not everything for some people! Need more support from supervisors.

      I love the interaction with the patients and their new born babies as well as good customer service to the families in their time of need.

      Cons

      Not enough hours. Not enough hands on experience with babies even though I'm Blue Baby Certified.
